So, why is therapy like a meadow?
A meadow is a place where plants, animals, trees, grasses, and insects are allowed to grow wild and free. They naturally occur and thrive together to co-create this beautiful, self-sustaining landscape. This is what we do at Meadow Therapy. We help our clients grow into themselves through individual and community support. We want you to express who you are and to gain the support necessary to allow you to thrive, grow wild and be free.
Our Services

Therapy sessions are 45-minutes in length, typically once per week, and can help you make changes, and connect with yourself and others in new ways. We use Mind to Body Psychotherapy, a mix of body-based work, exploration of childhood hurts, the neuroscience of emotions/emotional regulation, and other concrete coping skills, that will help you tap into your inner resources. You already have many creative tools you’ve used for survival. One of our goals is to help you move out of survival mode into having a thriving and fulfilling life.

Our couples/relationship counseling helps monogamous, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous couples to increase healthy communication, find more connection, and increase intimacy. We can help you work through your roadblocks to greater happiness through building communication skills, learning how to disagree and communicate during high stress, and create a safe space to talk through your worries. We want every relationship to thrive.

Therapy groups can be a powerful way to find healing in community. At Meadow Therapy, we believe in creating accessible, affordable, and community-oriented spaces for healing.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic, psychedelic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible clients get unstuck and experience long-lasting improvement in symptoms, particularly those with depression and anxiety.
-
Psychedelic Preparation involves setting intentions or goals, preparing your mindset, and mindfully creating an environment (setting) for your journey. Psychedelic Integration sessions are psychotherapy sessions that occur after a psychedelic journey with the intention of processing the journey and merging any insights or experiences gained from your journey into your daily life.
